Cinco de Mayo
The DEN in SL will be hosting a Cinco de Mayo social gathering at the Smithsonian Latino Virtual Museum in Second Life. Beth, Good to see you, long time since SFS. I was googling “Wikis and SPED” and came across your site. I had a Special Ed Teacher ask me, Blogging or Wikis, which would be better for her, or should she try both? Thoughts? Happy Cinco De Mayo.

It is certainly a small world. I think it depends on the purpose. If it is to update students on assignments and projects than a blog would be good. If it is a place to store resources and reference then a wiki would be more appropriate. You can always have both a blog for updates and a wiki for resources and have them link to each other.
