Nominations for the 2010 Edublog Awards<\/a> are open.\u00a0 It is chance to recognize the time, effort and contributions made by those we learn from and with.\u00a0 I am taking the opportunity to recognize some of the people and communities that have made an impact on my learning and thinking and have challenged me to be a better educator. There are variety a categories, for the full list see the Edublog Awards<\/a> homepage. I have spent the better part of the day going through my readers to try to select my nominees.\u00a0 This has not been easy some fit more then one category and there are many that I would like to nominate.\u00a0 I could spend hours more but need to just decide so here are my nominees.<\/p>\n

I encourage you to nominate your favorite blogs.\u00a0 I love looking through the nominee and the award winner lists.\u00a0 It is a great way to find new reading material and expand your PLN.\u00a0\u00a0 Nominations close Friday Dec 3. To nominate some one please follow the directions below provided by the Edublog awards.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Write a post on your blog linking to:

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The blogs & sites that you want to nominate (must be linked to!)<\/p>\n

You can nominate:
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0For as many categories as you like,
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0But only one nomination per category,
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A blog (or site) for more than one category
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Any blog or site you like but not your own blogs (sites)<\/p>\n

Step 2: Email the link to your nomination post
