Depending on the length of the professional development or proficiency of users these tools have served us well. But I have been taking a look at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ning.com\/\">Ning<\/a> as an option.  As we develop more professional learning communities, could Ning be a more appropriate tool?  Would creating a social network for each group foster a deeper level of collaboration?  Anyone have experience with Ning that could lend some insight?
