The participants are very creative and enthusiastic.  I have just been reviewing the first set of projects and I am very impressed. I hope at the end of the course to share some of the projects, activities, lessons and learning resources they have created on the district website and my resource wiki.<\/p>\n<p>In the mean time I wanted to share two tools that are making their ways around the edu-blogs,  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.answers.com\/main\/answertips.jsp?lid=AnswerTip_enable&amp;lpos=ATip_bottom\" target=\"_blank\">AnswerTips<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toondoo.com\/Home.do\" target=\"_blank\">ToonDoo<\/a>. AnswerTips is a tool that you can add to a website, blog or wiki that allows the reader to double click on the word and see the definition and they can even have the word read to them.  A great tool for an English language learner or a limited reader.  I see toondoo being used to create cartoons, combining images and words, to help get content across.
