I have spend hours wandering this Metaverse, checking out museums, libraries, regions and meeting some pretty terrific people.  I have attended classes, meetings and socials.  Each time I come away impressed.  Now I want to learn how to hold these classes, give presentations and show video.<\/p>\n<p>I am so hooked, I decided to rent a house on Eduisland II, it is right on the corner of the convention center.  My husband thought I was nuts, but now after watching over my shoulder all evening I believe he may be joining me.  I need to learn how to decorate effectively and make the place feel warm and inviting.  I think one of the appeals of Second Life is the attention to aesthetics and detail.  I am going away for a few days and will not be in SL too often, and I am going to miss it.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a photo of my son sleeping in a 19th century school house we visited a few years back, seems appropriate to hang on the wall of my virtual home, in a virtual learning environment.  The other is of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iste.org\/Content\/NavigationMenu\/Membership\/Member_Networking\/ISTE_Second_Life.htm\" target=\"_blank\">ISTE<\/a> social I attended last night, I am in the green shirt, my back is to you.
